For the first time ever, the MLB Network will broadcast the entire Caribbean Series in English. The Network last broadcast some of the Series back in 2009 and 2010.

ESPN+ had already announced they would be streaming the games, but that will be in Spanish. The tournament will be called by Craig Minervini and Doug Wright alongside former players and analysts Rod Allen and Jeff Nelson.

Also new from the Network is that it is available direct to consumer. If your cable or satellite provider does not offer the channel (like mine), you are now able to subscribe for $5.99 a month. Unfortunately, this is for US residents only. It appears they are even offering a free trial.

I know I’ll be subscribing for at least a month so I can watch the Caribbean Series. And every game I watch I will be going live on social media. So stay tuned and catch up with me at some point during the series.
