The San Rafael Pacifics will make history this summer when Justine Siegal manages two games this June. It will be the first time a woman has managed a game in professional baseball. San Rafael plays in the Pacific Association.
Siegal created the national organization “Baseball for All” and has done many other things in the past including being the first woman coach in a Major League organization when she became a guest instructor with the Oakland A’s.
You can read more about the games and about Siegal through the Pacifics official press release.
