All-Euro Team Announces Roster for Global Baseball Match Versus Japan

Recently Japan released its roster for the 2015 Global Baseball Match versus the All-Euro team. And now the All-Euro team roster has been announced.

It is comprised of players from five different European countries and led by a manager from a sixth. The Netherlands, 2011 World Champions, have the most players represented with fifteen. Included is 10-time Major League Baseball Gold Glove winner Andruw Jones.

Jones joins fellow NPB player Alessandro Maestri on the roster. Maestri was the first European raised player to make it to the NPB. He currently pitches for the Oriz Buffaloes where he had a solid season last year.
