Germany: Bonn Capitals Move to Within One Game of First Place Solingen in North Division

The Bonn Capitals moved a game closer to first place after they swept their weekend series and the Solingen Alligators split theirs. Solingen fell 5-4 to Paderborn in the first game of the weekend but bounced back to win the second game and keep a hold of their first place standing by only a game.

The next day, knowing Solingen had lost a game, Bonn dominated the Dortmund Wanderers in a pair of games at home. Bonn won the first game 14-6 and then thumped Dortmund 14-0 in the second. The pair of wins puts Bonn just one game away from the division leaders.
