Dates for the 2014 Haarlem Baseball Week are Announced

As the 2013 World Port Tournament kicked off this week, the dates for the 27th edition of the Haarlem Baseball Week were announced.

With the Haarlem Baseball Week occurring every two years (in even years), the next edition will take place between Friday July 11 and Sunday July 20, 2014.

Participating countries will be announced later on as the planning committee continues to put together the bi-annual tournament. As they are announced, we will share them with you here.

In 2012, six teams competed with Cuba taking home the gold medal for the fifth time. Puerto Rico finished second earning its first medal in only its second appearance. Finishing third was the USA who beat the host Netherlands in the bronze medal game.
