France: Senart Takes Game 1 of Finals Over Rouen

SENART, France – The 2012 French Division I Finals started this weekend with the Senart Templiers taking Game 1 from the Rouen  Huskies 6-4.

Matthew Brelle-Andrade pitched a complete game picking up the win for Senart. He game up 4 runs (1 ER) giving up 9 hits and striking out 8. Ernesto Martinez (1-for-4) drove in 2 runs, and right fielder John Putt (2-for-3) doubled and triple driving in a run and scoring another.

Owen Ozanich took the loss for Rouen giving up 6 runs in 5 innings. Ethan Paquette, Louis Aponte, and Boris Marche each had 2 hits for the Huskies.
