The 2012 IBAF 18U World Championships will be held in Seoul, South Korea starting August 30th.
On Tuesday, the Australian Baseball Federation, after a 6-week academy on the Gold Coast, announced its team roster.
The club includes 12 players who have signed with major league clubs, and the team is coming off its win in the 18U Oceania Championships earlier this year in Guam.
Australia looks to improve on its silver medal finish in the 2010 Tournament in Thunder Bay. They will open the tournament at 6pm on Thursday August 30th against the USA.
