VENEZUELA – Former Oakland Athletics minor league pitcher Julian Granado is seeking an opportunity to pitch for a European team in 2010.
The 27-year-old Venezuelan southpaw has also pitched on the independent league circuits in Canada and the United States, as well in the Netherland Antilles, Spain, Czech Republic, and winter ball in the Dominican Republic.
The 6’1″, 210 pounder also told BaseballdeWorld that “every year when I played in Europe, I was a hitter too.”
