USA - Tulsa Drillers outfielder Dexter Fowler was named to the second team of Baseball America’s 2008 All-Star Squads. The squads are comprised of the top players from all levels of Minor League Baseball.

Fowler, after an oustanding season with the Drillers, is currently with the Colorado Rockies.

A possible future Drillers player was named to the first team. Pitcher Jhoulys Chacin was 18-3 with a 2.09 ERA pitching for Asheville and Modesto of the Class A levels. He could be in a Tulsa uniform in 2009.
