Espoo Expos Nears Another Finnish Title

FINLAND - The Espoo Expos disposed of the Icebreakers 8-2 in Game 1 of the Finnish League finals this past Monday in the best-of-five title series.
The Expos are gunning for their sixth consecutive Finnish Championship after going unbeaten during the regular season with a 15-0 record before eliminating the Tigers in the semi-finals, 14-6 and 7-0.
The Icebreakers posted a 10-5 card this past season and ousted the Bullets from post-season action in convincing fashion, 23-14 and 11-5.
