CZECH REPUBLIC – Draci Brno continued their winning ways on Wednesday night with a 5-0 shutout of MZLU Express as action resumed in the Czech League.
Draci improved to a league-best 16-3 with the win and leads the second-place Ostrava Arrows by five games. The reigning champions have outscored their opponents 134-44 so far this season.
The Arrows (16-8) will take on Krc Altron (10-10) in doubleheader action on Saturday while Draci should have an easy time against Black Hill Blansko, the worst team in the league with a 3-20 card. The final game on tap for Saturday has third-place Skokani Olomouc (11-9) butting heads fourth-place Technika Brno (12-12).
The lone game on Sunday has Draci taking on Black Hill Blansko for the third time in two days.
