The Krc Altron Eagles and the Tegola Titans will butt heads in a prime time Friday night matchup in the Czech Baseball League.
The Eagles (7-6) find themselves in fourth place and their usually strong pitching corps have already surrendered 55 runs this young season. The Titans (4-5) have shown improvement over last year’s performance and will be looking to make a statement against Krc.
On Saturday, the Ostrava Arrows will battle Black Hill Blansko in a contest that is a mismatch on paper. The high-scoring Arrows (8-3) lead the Czech League with 71 runs while Black Hill (1-8) pitchers have surrendered a league-high 72 scores.

Other action this weekend includes the reigning champions and front-runner, Draci Brno, testing Krc Altron while Technika Brno will battle the Titans. The final matchup has Skokani Olomouc challenging the MZLU Express.
Draci (6-1) continues to rule league rivals with an impressive pitaching corps that have limited opponents to just nine runs. Technika (5-7) has a capable offense but has struggled on the mound thus far this season similar to Skokani (4-7).
